Socialist subversive and former 2016 presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is set to launch his new book, The Bernie Sanders Guide to Political Revolution, which aims to radicalize teenagers into street revolutionaries, on August 29.
Reminiscent of such far-left classics as The Communist Manifesto, Guerrilla Warfare, and The Anarchist Cookbook, the Sanders Guide will set out his extreme vision for an uprising against President Donald Trump led by a vanguard of socialist youth who will “fight for a progressive economic, environmental, racial and social justice agenda.”
During the 2016 presidential election, Sanders’ campaign relied heavily on overwhelming support from college students, many of whom are sympathetic to his dangerous worldview. Since then, radical leftists aligned with him have assumed posts within the Democratic Party’s internal apparatus as part of what can only be described as an entryist strategy by enemies of our republic.
The decision to target high school students may be smart politically, given that Sen. Sanders is expected to run for President once again in 2020, when many of the people in high school now will be in college and of voting age. In the book’s foreword, Sanders describes them as the “most idealistic, and least prejudiced generation in the modern history of the United States,” and states that he believes they will “reject the value system espoused by Donald Trump and the rightwing reactionaries in Congress who support his ideas.”
The Marxist firebrand told Teen Vogue that he believes young people “have a responsibility … to create a government which works for all, rather than just the few.” He also stated that the revolutionary brand of politics introduced in his book is “what being a progressive is all about.”
Sanders’ inflammatory new tome is just the latest in a line of seditious activity by the Vermont Senator. During a rally in June, Sanders declared that last year’s election results were illegitimate, and according to CNN‘s Gregory Krieg, directed his supporters to “take down” Trump.
Just three days later, one of Sanders’ volunteers heeded his call, firing hundreds of rounds at Republican politicians who had gathered at a congressional baseball practice in Alexandria, Virginia, critically injuring House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) in the process.
Within the last few months, radical leftists in Berkeley, California and St. Paul, Minnesota, including the son of Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), have hurled firecrackers and smoke bombs at peaceful gatherings of Trump supporters. With this latest show of defiance by Sanders, it has become clear that the left will not cease their violence until the President is deposed.
