It’s become increasingly likely that the election is already over, and Donald Trump will lose to Hillary Clinton. However, there does remain a few glimmers of hope – one being the insurgent candidacy of Evan McMullin, and his “deny 270” strategy, the other being Trump’s withdrawal from the race.
During the final debate with Hillary Clinton, when the candidates were given time to make a closing statement, in the interest of preserving the United States of America, and preventing the catastrophic damage a Clinton Presidency would unleash, Donald Trump should have used all his time (and take all the time he needed) to say the following:
“Ladies and Gentlemen, I’m not going to mince words or waste your time.
First of all, I want to say thank you to the millions of Americans across this great country who voted for me in the primaries. 17 Republican candidates began this race, and at the end, I was the last one standing. My message of building a wall along our Southern border, bringing back jobs for American workers, and reducing taxes and regulations that are crippling our economy connected with a huge number of people. However, I know it’s become clear to most, if not all, of you that I’ve not done a great job of promoting my candidacy to all Americans. In fact, many of the things I’ve said and done have jeopardized my efforts to win back the White House from what would be a disastrous Hillary Clinton presidency.
I’ve lost support from many of our most respected leaders, and from an increasing number of voters – both those who were previously undecided, and from supporters who no longer feel they can back me. In the minds of many, I’m not fit to be the President of the United States, much less Commander in Chief of our incredible Armed Forces – the greatest military ever in the history of the world, made up of some of the bravest, most honorable and admirable people from across our nation.
My experience in life has been almost exclusively in business – specifically New York real estate. It’s a cutthroat world that encourages vulgarity, double-dealing, and backstabbing. My companies have filed bankruptcy six times. In 1995 I filed a $900 million loss with the IRS and haven’t paid much in income taxes since. I’ve succeeded, but I’ve also failed more than almost anyone else.
I’ve mistreated women, including cheating on two of my wives, and I’ve had disrespectful things to say about women my entire life. Many of you have heard the documented things I’ve said. I know I’ve said that it was “locker-room talk,” or “banter,” but it’s hurt my ability to connect with women voters, many of whom have an overwhelmingly negative view of me. It’s all a product of my background, the world I live in, the circles I run with, and the liberal privileges that come with exorbitant wealth.
All that being said, running for the Presidency as the nominee of the Republican Party has served as a wake up call for me. I got into this race because I had ideas on ways to solve a few problems our country faces – immigration, jobs, and entrenched elitists in Washington, DC. In spite of all my shortcomings, all my failures and all my inadequacies, I want to warn everyone about the dangers of allowing Hillary Clinton to become President.
Hillary Clinton is without a doubt the most corrupt and corruptible candidate to seek the office – ever.
Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server for email jeopardized national security. Her unsecured server was vulnerable to intrusion and hacking by foreign agents – many of whom doubtlessly gained access to some of our most top-secret information. Clinton has demonstrated over a long period of time a dangerous lack of seriousness for cyber security, and this places America in great jeopardy.
As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation made use of donations from foreign governments and were willingly susceptible to influence by foreign governments and American big-money interests. Basically, under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, American foreign policy was for sale to the highest bidder. A big enough donation to the Clinton Foundation could and would influence decisions made by the State Department; just look at the way Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation cheated Haitians out of billions of dollars donated to help the island recover from the terrible earthquake in 2010. That is no way to determine the national interest of America.
As part of the Obama regime, Hillary Clinton’s failures in Russia, in Libya – especially in Benghazi, where we lost Ambassador Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Tyrone Woods and Sean Davis – and in Syria have thrown the Middle East into chaos, lead to the rise of ISIS as a global terror network, and contributed to the death and destruction that affected so many lives in Paris, San Bernardino, Brussels, New York, Nice, Orlando and other cities.
Hillary Clinton believes a huge number of Americans are a “basket of deplorables” and are “irredeemable.” Her supporters have said that there is a “special place in Hell” reserved for women who don’t support her. Hillary Clinton has a long and tragic history of destroying women who threaten her and Bill Clinton’s access to political power.
I am not the leader America needs. But Hillary Clinton is someone America cannot afford to trust. She is untrustworthy, unqualified, unwanted, untruthful, unstable, unsafe, unable, unwell and unfit to govern.
I thank you for your time, your consideration, and your votes. I urge you – all of you – to vote for my Vice Presidential nominee, Mike Pence – a man whose honor, integrity and leadership are universally acknowledged – or for one of the other parties running – especially for Independent Conservative candidate Evan McMullin – he is a candidate of ability, integrity and principle who would be a worthy and honorable leader for America.
