HANDS UP, DONT SHOOT: LaVoy Finicum Murder Video Released

1. Unfortunately, the video blurs at the precise moment when he probably gets shot with his hands up. And, without the sound, it’s hard to know exactly what was happening. Was he shot before he went for his weapon?

   • He was unarmed. He got shot before he reached for bullet hole in his gut. Then a face shot finished him off execution style.

2. What I see in that video is not what the FBI says happened at all. I
   see an agent (or Oregon State trooper?) run at his vehicle from the side. It looked like the cop
   wanted to commit suicide. I then see him do everything he can to
   avoid hitting him and getting his truck stuck in the process. He probably could
   have made it past them if he wanted to run over the agent. I then see him
   out of the truck with his hands in
   the air. They don’t show him getting shot with his hands in the air. I call bullshixt on everything they say on this and
   I don’t trust the democrat politicians who are putting the spin on this
   whole thing. I am writing to my congressman today to tell him we need
   urgent action before they murder anybody else. If you know of anyone else to write to please let me know. Other lives are at risk.

3. It looks to me like he stopped, then decided to try and lead them on a high speed chase before he went off the road. After he exited the vehicle, with his hands up, it looks to me like he reached for a weapon, causing the officials to fire. While the distance allows each person to see what they want to, that is how it looks to me.

   • Kind of a strange way to reach for a weapon. Was he patting himself trying to find it? I agree it’s difficult to tell, but I don’t trust these criminals who say they work for the government any more than the next guy.

Id like to know just how the hell they got this video how was it recorded are you telling me they were out there long enough to set up a drone w a cam? are you telling me that they anticipated that these folks would be breaking the laws risking what they are there for in the first place? just bc some one tells to to put a bullet in their head dont mean you should do it. FBI Pinkertons who called them? was that our Oregon Gov? time for a new one anyways. this was a set up a trap they were ordered to kill them.

         • How many weapons did the Occupy movement bring? One activist, Tim Franzen, was alleged to have stockpiled weapons. That’s “alleged” but not fact. The Occupiers did however bring their own snacks.

4. All I see are a bunch of cowards, scared of their own shadow! Very sad day, but predictable! and the guy who shot him point blank will remain nameless, and fade away! Such macho men! Pathetic, but they hold all the cards!

5. I don’t know what video the majority of commenters are watching.
   1. Mr. Finicum did not follow orders at the original traffic stop. Do you need audio to know that he was being told to get out of his vehicle with his hands up? Have you honestly forgotten that Mr. Finicum was armed?
   2. He fled from the first traffic stop.
   3. He then tried to go around the roadblock as you can clearly see (I don’t know what Tim Brady is watching). In the process, Mr. Finicum almost runs over an officer/agent who seems to attempt to make Mr. Finicum stop, which at that point, was sheer stupidity on the officer’s/agent’s part.
   4. Mr. Finicum exits the vehicle with his hands up and several times, he lowers his hand to his body. What part of ‘hands up’ do you not understand? Again, did you forget Mr. Finicum was armed?
   5. The next three out of the car give a textbook example of how you put your hands up. Did they get shot?
   If this was a black man or a Muslim, you’d all be singing a different tune indeed.

6. How stupid people are forgetting . . When there is a demopcrap leader there is always some unarmed citizen being murdered by ” peace officers” During the Clinton regime HELLery (we are the president) called NYC police murders and yet she ordered the unprovoked attack and murders of a mother and her son to get the media off her back regarding White water, travel gate etc . When questions came about regarding Monica HELery set the dogs lose in Waco Texas causing a mass slaughter of women and children using a tank to make sure people were out gunned and were burned alive IMHO

10. A lot of people are going to see what they want in this video because it’s hard to be objective when filled with emotion. The one thing I do know is that when your hands are up and guns are pointed at you, don’t put them down.

    What are the flashes at about 8 minutes, right before he takes off up the road?
    What are the “puffs” ricocheting off the windshield after he is shot?
    What is the red laser dot on LaVoy at approx 13 minutes?

12. Runs from the police.
    Tries to run a road block.
    Jumps out of his vehicle.
    Reaching in his jacket seconds before he’s shot.
    An anti-American terrorist dies in the snow, just like he said he wanted.
    Guess he can’t make a living off foster children anymore.

    • Hey dumb as a retired cop I can tell you he wasn’t reaching for a gun. The first shot to him was from the right side of the truck and hit him in the side. If I shot you in the side I guarantee you would grab your side. After grabbing his side his hands went to the air again and the chicken shit bastard came up from behind him and shot him. Hope some day you grow up and take a stand for freedom or just keep drinking the government Kool Aid and eating the free cheese.

13. Well, in the most recent video from one of his friends Lavoy Finicum was BEGGING that they shoot him. At least he got what he wanted.

14. I heard that his last words were: “PLEASE DON’T SHOOT ME IN THE WIENER! [bang, bang] OH DANG! THEY DONE SHOT ME IN THE WIENER!”
