No Good Deed Goes Unpunished

You’re more than likely familiar with Aesop’s brief fable of a mouse and a lion. If you’ve lived under a rock your whole life I’ll bring you up to speed: A mouse convinces a lion to spare his life in exchange for the promise of a future favor. Cue the future. President Trump Clears The Air On “Unite The Right” During Contentious Press Conference

While mainstream media reporters have been foaming at the mouth attempting to get President Trump to repeat their biased talking points all week, he went in the opposite direction at today’s press conference. While deriding Nazis and white supremacists, Trump also bashed what he calls the “alt-left” as well as offering a defense for “Unite the Right” protesters who merely wanted to preserve historical statues. “What about the alt-left that came charging at the, as you say, the alt-right.
