McGahn Lays Out Conservative Judicial Agenda At CPAC

White House Counsel Don McGahn laid out a conservative vision for judicial appointments during an address to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Thursday. “Judicial selection and deregulation are the flip side of the same coin,” McGahn said, emphasizing how legislative policy and judicial appointments are intrinsically interlinked. Trump Refuses To Re-litigate Flynn’s Firing

Today, Sean Spicer fielded multiple questions from a hostile media about whether Sally Yates‘ concerns about Michael Flynn were handled properly. Spicer made clear that Flynn served this country with distinction and that the White House had no desire to re-litigate what Flynn may or may not have done.
