Trump Is Correct, Haiti Is a Shithole

As with many, if not most, of the reported obscenities to have emerged from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, the latest raft of divulged vulgarities are based upon anonymous sources with one exception. In addition to the unnamed, faceless rats who leaked President Trump’s recent, “shithole” comments, there is one verified witness of our fearless leader’s alleged latest debacle, senior senator from Illinois and dyed-in-the-wool Democrat, Dick Durbin. The Daily Wire was quick to note Mr. Durbin’s tenuous relationship with the truth in the specific context of his history of deceptive disclosures regarding the inner workings of the White House. Is Donald Trump The Most Dangerous President Ever?

Political hyperbole is nothing new in American politics. Even in recent memory, former President George W. Bush was often called Hitler by liberal opponents and former President Barack Obama was called any number of communist leaders by conservatives. Despite Maza’s oblivious enthusiasm for the trivial and obvious, this is no huge discovery. He’s no pioneering and chivalrous conquistador, he’s the optimistic little boy who finally found a pony in a pile of excrement. Maza’s faux eureka moment is a microcosm of what has become of… Keep Reading

Hillary, Neocon Hawk Or Sensible Leader?

One of the myths we hear all the time is that Clinton would make a tough and intelligent wartime President. It is true that within the Obama White House Clinton often joined with Panetta and others to advance a more hawkish position. Nevertheless, in almost every instance, she would show herself to be a hawk in the context of a crisis situation. In essence, when the shit hit the fan, she would counsel firing back hard, rather than waiting to see what happens. It can be argued here that Obama’s “wait and see” approach to crisis management actually stopped the… Keep Reading
