I haven’t wanted to write about the whole Donald Trump Jr. thing because the story is utter crap, but here I find myself writing about a crap story with nothing underpinning it but crap piled upon layer after layer of crap. The Democratic partisans, enraged liberals, and their lapdogs in the mainstream media have been salivating over this particular fake news story, which says more about them than it does about Trump Jr. and his father’s administration.
Here’s something worth noting that won’t get brought up by MSNBC or CNN or the New York Times: Famed liberal stalwart Alan Dershowitz even says that the Trump Jr. story is crap. You may now be asking yourself, “Okay, it might be crap, but how is it fake news? Even Trump Jr. admitted to his own culpability by releasing his e-mails, doesn’t that mean it’s a true story?” Sure, I don’t dispute that a meeting occurred between Trump Jr. and some sleazy Russian lawyer and her sleazy Russian compatriots. It’s not fake news in the sense that it’s untrue, it’s fake news in the sense that it’s not news.
For the benefit of the libtards and regressive-progressives who might stumble upon this article, I’ll dumb it down as best I can for you: If it’s not really news then it’s not real news and if it’s not real news then it’s fake news. Duh. Get it yet, stupid?
But then you might ask, “What about these revelations (provided in large part by the man under the spotlight, Donald Trump Jr.) makes them fake news?” Ask Dershowitz. No crime has been committed. Find me an anti-collusion statute. I’ll wait. Done looking? What did ya dig up? Nothing? What. A. Shock. This is a nothing story about a nothing event and it doesn’t deserve the time of day.
What the news should be reporting is how the Dow Jones is still robust and business confidence is soaring with consumer confidence not far behind it. We’re nearing a record number of job openings as employment figures exceed expectations and industrial productivity climbs ever higher. The Trans-Pacific Partnership is dead and without the US footing the bill, the Paris Accord isn’t worth the price of the paper it is written on. And look out, NAFTA, we’re coming for you next. In the meantime, coal exports have skyrocketed by some sixty percent.
Institutionalized corruption and incompetence at the Veterans Administration is quickly becoming a thing of the past. Secretary of State “T-“Rex Tillerson is cleaning house at Foggy Bottom. The Justice Department is making huge strides in cracking down on health care fraud and human trafficking.
The Wall is slowly but surely becoming a reality as self-deportations increase and illegal immigration self-corrects because of Trump’s strong rhetoric. It may be that we don’t even need a physical wall, just a rhetorical barrier strong enough to keep the fence-hoppers frightened. Security against the savagery of the pseudo-religious terrorist organization known as Islam has been bolstered by a recent victory in the Supreme Court.
NATO is on notice as member states begin coming to grips with the reality that the free ride is over. And oh yeah, ISIS is on the brink of annihilation as peace between the United States and Russia becomes a reality after fruitful meetings between Presidents Trump and Putin at the G20 Summit in Germany.
All of this is real news. All of this is winning. This is President Trump making good on his campaign promises and it’s only going to get better, or worse, from here depending on how you choose to look at it. It’ll get better for us, that is, the American people. It’ll get worse for a Democratic Party and postmodernist “progressive” ideology that struggles for footing with its rag-tag coalition of freakish minorities and violent street thugs.
The mainstream media and its allies on the Left and within the dwindling ranks of the Deep State will hold out hope that one day, they’ll somehow find a smoking gun. They’ll hold out hope that their lies and phony prognostications will somehow be vindicated and President Trump will be out of a job. There’s a pony in that pile of crap somewhere, libtards have fooled themselves into believing. They even have a new champion in the form of Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA). For a Left and a Democratic Party that incessantly whines about racism and sexism being prime perpetrators in the hijacking of America by President Trump, this is a ballsy choice. You know what I say? Bring it on.
If Senate Republicans can get their acts together–it’s a big if–they could finally repeal Obamacare and start the process of replacing it with common sense free market reforms. From there, they can move on to tax reform as the process of sensible deregulation continues. Come 2020, voters won’t care how fresh and hip Senator Harris is. They’ve already seen one “Magical Negro” swoop in to save the day but instead leave behind him a legacy of wreckage destined to be swept from the pages of history by a rogue billionaire who is actually keeping his promise to drain the swamp.
Sure, the cynical and steadfast stoics of the mainstream media can sit tight in their crumbling strongholds and hope for the best, but they better prepare for the worst. Cooper, Cuomo, Maddow, Tapper, Kelly, Van Jones, and the rest of their ilk better start brushing up on their resumes rather quickly. The new media job market is favorable for those willing to work for an honest wage, not so much for hucksters and muckrakers who overplay crap stories about Russian lawyers and non-existent smoking guns.
